 Our Return Policy:

At Ethos Equestrian we are proud to provide you with top quality products, but completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any full priced merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached within fourteen (14) days of receiving order for a full refund minus original shipping costs.  Please email us at WeRide@EthosEquestrian.com to receive a return shipping label and include your order number within the email.  Thank you.

Sale Items:

All sale items have a 14 day return policy.  We will gladly accept any sale merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached within fourteen (14) days of receiving order for a full refund minus original shipping costs.  Please email us at WeRide@EthosEquestrian.com to receive a return shipping label.  Please include order number within email.  Thank you.

Our Exchange Policy:

Our exchange policy is simple,  if you find that you need a different size or even would like to exchange for a different color,  all is good.  We will happily accept all exchanges within fourteen (14) days of receiving order.  Exchanges must be for the same monetary amount or less.  All items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.  All exchange shipping is on us.

To be more eco-friendly and reduce waste, we will Not be including a return slip within our shipments.  Please email us at WeRide@EthosEquestrian.com and we will happily email you a return packing slip if needed.  Please know that return and exchange shipping is on us.   Also,  please know that it can take ten to fourteen (10-14) business days for all returns to be processed, once they have been received on our end.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions at WeRide@Ethos Equestrian.com.  We are here for you.
